The Cherry Valley Hotel offers wonderful, unique, event spaces that accommodate every couple’s needs.  We offer our Library Room that has a full working fireplace and its own outdoor courtyard.  This space can hold a max of 40 people.  We have two large ballrooms…the larger of the two event rooms is our Woodhull Ballroom which can accommodate 250 guests with space for a traditional head table and dance floor. The smaller of the two event rooms is our River Birch Ballroom which can accommodate 120 guests with a traditional head table and dance floor.  River Birch has its own separate foyer and entrance.  Both ballrooms have been updated with modern chandeliers and wall sconces.   COVID-19 restrictions and social distancing guidelines are currently reducing these numbers.

Our Ohio Event Center offers couples a truly exceptional amount of space.  The center is 31,050 square feet and can accommodate up to 1,300 guests.  The polished concrete floors, cedar ceiling and clean palette allows couples for transform the space into their ideal dream gathering

We also have a beautiful courtyard with a pond, fountain and water features that allow for intimate ceremonies and larger cocktail reception.

Current WeddingPackages start at $75.00 per adult ages 21+ and include hors d’ oeuvres, dinner, and 4-hours of open bar.  These packages could change as we see wait on direction in for food service guidelines from our local authorities.  Package pricing excludes a 22% service charge/administration fee and 7.25% sales tax.  The package pricing is for use of our Woodull and River Birch Ballrooms. Additional rental fees for ceremony location will apply.
