Ivory Meadows is a new “chic & classy barn” that will open July 2021!  This venue sits on top of a hill with a beautiful panoramic view of the rolling tree lines and quiet countryside.  Nestled in southern Clark County, Ivory Meadows is conveniently located between Dayton and Columbus, and only a little over an hour from northern Cincinnati.  Traveling guests have multiple options for overnight accommodations, including Yellow Springs, Cedarville, Springfield, Jeffersonville and Beavercreek.

The barn itself is 8,600 square feet and filled with traditional style comforts and climate controlled all year long.  The get ready suites are spacious and decorated with a combination of traditional with a little modern farmhouse touch.  Your favorite caterer will have access to our spacious catering kitchen and double door outside access.  Our 1,260 sq. ft. patio has built-in motorized screening to protect guests from the sun but also from rain and snow.  This space is ideal for cocktail hour anytime of the year since it will also have radiant heat and fans.  Couples and guests will enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the patio and is a perfect area for photo opportunities.

Two outside ceremony options with either the tree line in the background or a small hill with grass and landscaping will be the perfect backdrops for couples to say their I Do’s.   This white barn will accommodate 300 of your nearest and dearest with over an acre of parking.  The 18 foot high white barn doors located in the front and rear of the venue are operable and can be maneuvered for pictures and for the brides’ grand entrance .  The Waymire family is excited to share this blissful barn setting with soon-to-be newlyweds and their loved ones.
